Job Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- may need to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- no formal education required
- previous experience in a food service environment preferred but not mandatory
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- ensure the highest quality of food presentation is maintained
- act as the point-of-contact between front of the house and back of the house staff
- communicate food orders and pay attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards such as proper temperature
- answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- perform side work and station set-up
