Job Duties

Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded
delivers food and drinks to tables making sure that order is accurate and complete through table numbering system
maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area before, during, and after business hours
clears tables quickly and quietly and takes dishes and glassware to dish area
maintains, cleans, and sanitizes cafe area continually
maintains restrooms and signs off on a restroom checklist hourly
resets tables and stocks caddies
follows directions of Cafe Supervisor for setting up rooms, moving and setting up tables and chairs, breaking down rooms, and cleaning areas
sets up and tears down stages for weekend and musical entertainment
maintains and stocks the water station
assists all guests depending on needs
performs other duties as assigned
