Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what theyve ordered, just the way they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
