Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent desired but not essential for prep area
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
Ability to perform simple math calculations and make change
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, stoop, and bend
Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not essential for prep area

Basic math skills including making change
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate a cash register and point of sale system
Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

Job Duties

Greeting customers and taking food and beverage orders
Receiving payments and managing cash drawer
Preparing beverages and stocking counters and holding cabinets
Cleaning tables, chairs, equipment, and floors to maintain sanitary standards
Ringing guest orders into the computer system and expediting food orders
Processing credit and debit card transactions and accurately charging guests
Answering phone calls and taking phone orders
Maintaining hot and cold temperature conditions and appropriate portion control
Supporting team members and assisting in completing shift work timely and thoroughly
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation
