Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- No prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 11-20 lbs frequently and up to 21-50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, grasp, climb, and manually manipulate items
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as masks, non-slip shoes, and back belts when needed
- Must pass training tests with 90% or higher
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must follow all scheduling and attendance policies

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section including preparing items such as condiments, garnishes, silverware, coffee, tea, ice
- Greet all guests in a warm, personal, and friendly manner
- Check that each plate is wiped and correctly garnished prior to leaving the kitchen
- Accountable for all plates leaving the kitchen window
- Deliver food items to guests' tables as ordered and within the appropriate time limits, describing each food item when placing them using the CPS method and seat position numbers
- Check for proper condiments and utensils when delivering food
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct problems
- Assist service team by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Keep clean kitchen pass out and runner stations, regularly checking floor for debris
- Stock service areas with supplies such as plates, utensils, pizza boxes, condiments, and to go items throughout service period
- Maintain awareness of current availability of food items and communicate effectively with management and service team
- Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed
- Report to work as scheduled and on time, follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance
