Job Requirements
- Complete all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 9 hours
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
Job Duties
- Deliver the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and ensuring they have everything they need
- Garnish each plate according to Snooze Food Doctrine
- Know and adhere to Snooze HOH standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, quality standards, and policies
- Prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient food product levels in stations for smooth service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Close the HOH correctly following the opening and closing checklist for kitchen stations
