Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to carry up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Match order tickets with prepared food items and sides once completed by kitchen line staff
- Check presentation of plates for neatness and inclusion of all ordered items
- Monitor food quality and return sub-standard items to kitchen
- Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate with service staff to inform them of orders that have been delivered or returned
- Keep orders in sequence to ease service process
- Keep workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- replenish items as necessary and/or requested
- Keep tables, dining room and workstations sanitized and organized
- Listen and respond to customer complaints
- Perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
