Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Ensure each order meets restaurant and guest specifications
- Communicate special orders or dietary requirements to the kitchen staff or expeditor
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and ingredients to assist guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the serving areas
- Support servers and other team members during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
