Job Requirements

- Must perform physical activities such as cleaning, climbing, lifting, walking, balancing and handling materials
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must recognize and resolve problems appropriately using good judgement, tact and initiative
- Must have general accounting and mathematical skills
- Must use logic and reasoning to identify solutions and alternatives
- Must be able to speak and write effectively in English
- Must be flexible including occasionally working overtime and assisting with others' workloads
Job Duties
- Support servers and serve as liaison between kitchen, servers and guests
- Deliver food from kitchen to appropriate server and assist server with delivery of food to guests
- Work with expeditor to ensure efficient delivery of food based on restaurant layout
- Perform food preparation duties when needed
- Follow all Chickies & Petes service standards
- Check food for quality and presentation before serving
- Ensure food is transported and handled in a sanitary manner
- Deliver to-go orders to Host/Hostess stand for guest pick up
- Assist in bussing and cleaning responsibilities
- Ensure all condiments and napkin dispensers are clean and well stocked
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, comments and complaints and bring any issues to the attention of a manager
- Complete beginning, change and end of shift side duties
- Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Provide garnish for specified menu items according to Menu Build
- Assist in keeping work areas clean
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings
- Additional tasks as assigned
