Job Requirements

Must have weekend and holiday availability
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work full-time or part-time
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Reliable and punctual
Prior experience in food service is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
Ensure all orders are 100 percent accurate before delivery
Support servers by assisting with guest service needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Uphold Silver Diner's standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Adhere to food safety and health regulations
