Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a food service environment preferred
  • understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • physical stamina to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Delivering food orders from kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
  • ensuring highest quality of food presentation
  • acting as point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
  • communicating food orders and special requests such as allergies
  • ensuring food is served according to safety standards including proper temperature
  • answering guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
  • performing side work and station setup
