Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food runner or related experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt to training including KDS usage

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- proficient in multitasking and maintaining a fast-paced work environment
- familiarity with menu items and ability to describe dishes accurately
- ability to perform French service
Job Duties
- stock and organize the expo area
- restock plates and service items throughout the shift
- act as a liaison between kitchen and dining room to maintain guest service pace
- communicate effectively with various positions during the shift
- demonstrate expert knowledge of plating and serving standards
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- receive training and utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- describe menu items and provide French service as needed
- deshell lobster tails
- mark tables for next course
- handle takeout orders and food packaging
- tender payments and close guest checks
