Job Requirements

Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
Friendly attitude with ability to smile frequently
Capacity to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
Ability to uphold sanitation and food handling procedures
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
Ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery
Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely, correct food delivery
Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
Offer assistance by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
Assist other team members as needed
Smile and maintain a friendly demeanor while working days, nights and/or weekends
Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members
