- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- Friendly attitude with ability to smile frequently
- Capacity to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to uphold sanitation and food handling procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery
- Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely, correct food delivery
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- Assist other team members as needed
- Smile and maintain a friendly demeanor while working days, nights and/or weekends
- Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members
