Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Capability to push and pull
  • Able to lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders from kitchen to tables promptly
  • Announce food items to guests with enthusiasm
  • Clean, set and reset tables continuously
  • Manage assigned station and tables efficiently
  • Assist in side duties as required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout shift
