Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift 15lbs for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Capability to push and pull
- Able to lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to tables promptly

- Clean, set and reset tables continuously
- Manage assigned station and tables efficiently
- Assist in side duties as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout shift
