Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Able to independently lift 15lbs for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes
Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
Capability to push and pull
Able to lift overhead
Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

Transport food orders from kitchen to tables promptly
Announce food items to guests with enthusiasm
Clean, set and reset tables continuously
Manage assigned station and tables efficiently
Assist in side duties as required
Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout shift
