Job Duties
- fulfill opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and equipment
- clean tools and work areas thoroughly
- secure premises by locking doors at shift end
- coordinate with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- keep bar furniture, tables, and tools clean and in good condition
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues or hazards
- maintain professional appearance and uniform
- protect company confidential information and property
- support and respect coworkers
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- visually verify details on various formats
- reach overhead and below knees
- navigate stairs, ramps, and slippery surfaces
