Job Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and plates
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an advantage

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
Check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they ordered
Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience
Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience
