- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long durations
- customer service mindset

Job Duties
- garnish food and prepare dishes for delivery
- deliver food orders promptly to guests in the restaurant
- coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- assist servers as needed during busy service periods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of food delivery areas
- uphold Maggiano's standards of food presentation and guest service
- communicate effectively with team members to optimize dining experience
