Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum three months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical operations
  • Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's Card
  • Obtain and maintain Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • No driving responsibilities required
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Must present neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Comply with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience at their table
  • Expedite food tickets efficiently and ensure dishes are delivered to correct tables and guests
  • Ensure plates are properly garnished and meet food quality standards
  • Identify guest seat numbers to serve food accurately and announce dishes
  • Offer condiments and seasonings, deliver beverages, and serve non-alcoholic drinks
  • Organize and arrange table settings and remove extra items
  • Bag to-go orders and meet special guest requests
  • Continuously bus and reset tables in assigned section
  • Communicate effectively between guests, front-of-house, and culinary teams
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace and assigned areas
  • Clean, sanitize, and polish kitchen equipment and dining ware
  • Comply with health and safety requirements including food safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
