Job Requirements

  • At least 1 or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Combination of previous food and beverage experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • Full-time availability with flexibility
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a service-first attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
  • Require good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess basic computational ability
  • Be able to lift up to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • A second language is desirable

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
  • Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals
  • Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
