Job Requirements
- At least 1 or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Combination of previous food and beverage experience in a luxury environment preferred
- Full-time availability with flexibility
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a service-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Require good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computational ability
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- A second language is desirable
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
- Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals
- Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
