experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required
ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
ability to stand and move for extended periods
ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

report to the Restaurant Manager for daily tasks
greet and acknowledge guests with a warm and welcoming manner
maintain sanitation and cleanliness
assist in storing all deliveries
stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
fill coffee and teapots
know the front and back of house, storage area and ice room
maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
know menu pricing, location of items and specials
understand product preparation and condiments
operate all line equipment
report safety and quality issues
exhibit a can do attitude and total cooperation
