  • ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • report to the Restaurant Manager for daily tasks
  • greet and acknowledge guests with a warm and welcoming manner
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness
  • assist in storing all deliveries
  • stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
  • fill coffee and teapots
  • know the front and back of house, storage area and ice room
  • maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
  • pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
  • know menu pricing, location of items and specials
  • understand product preparation and condiments
  • operate all line equipment
  • report safety and quality issues
  • exhibit a can do attitude and total cooperation
