Job Requirements
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
- strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends and evenings
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to kneel, push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs
- willingness to learn menu items and preparation methods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Report to the restaurant manager for daily tasks
- greet and acknowledge guests warmly upon entry
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the food service area
- assist in storing all deliveries
- stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
- file coffee and teapots
- know front and back of house, storage area and ice room
- maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
- pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
- know menu pricing, location of items and specials
- understand how each product is prepared along with its condiments
- operate all line equipment
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times
- exhibit a can do attitude and total cooperation
- report safety issues and quality or spoilage issues
