Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain professional appearance
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond to their requests ensuring complete service
- Assist servers with presenting menus and answering questions
- Prepare food baskets with condiments and sides ensuring order accuracy and presentation
- Monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen and café areas clean
- Assist servers in maintaining tidy service areas and collect used baskets
- Relay kitchen timings to servers and management
- Stay informed about the menu, drink offerings, specials, and unavailable items
- Complete daily and weekly checklists and perform other assigned duties
