Job Requirements

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Availability on weekends
Flexibility with variable weekly schedules
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

High school education
Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry
Hospitality or related degrees are a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
Communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
Inform guests of Pacific Catch's ingredients and components of food and beverage items
Ensure all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean
Proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager during downtime
Stock to-go roll-ups and server stations
Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to minimize breakage
