Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to perform functions requiring bending, reaching, turning, lifting and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate quickly and accurately
- Ability to work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
- Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
- Ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests
- Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs ie food allergies
- Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers
- Proper disposal of broken glassware
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
- Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Assist with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive guest experiences
- Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
- Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
