Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
  • Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to perform functions requiring bending, reaching, turning, lifting and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
  • Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
  • Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
  • Ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests
  • Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs ie food allergies
  • Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers
  • Proper disposal of broken glassware
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
  • Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
  • Assist with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive guest experiences
  • Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
  • Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
