Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift
- Must have a good sense of balance
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
- Frequently able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to assist in different hotel operations as needed
- Must complete a full application including a resume submission
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering passionate and engaging guest service
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage orders with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
- Ensure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
- Serve each guest seated at a table together with proper timing
- Respond to guest questions with informed answers
- Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift
- Lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe as required
- Frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
