Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry items as needed
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions and work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • familiarity with kitchen display systems is a plus
  • ability to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and follow company standards
  • team-oriented attitude and reliability

Job Duties

  • stock and organize the Expo area
  • restock plates and service items throughout the shift
  • act as liaison between Heart of House and dining room to maintain guest's desired pace
  • effectively communicate with various positions to execute the shift
  • maintain knowledge of plating and serving standards
  • ensure prompt removal of food from the window
  • uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • receive and utilize training in Kitchen Display Systems
  • describe menu items and features to guests
  • perform French serving as needed
  • deshell lobster tails
  • mark tables for the next course
  • take off-premises orders over the phone
  • use packaging guidelines for food pick up
  • process tender payments and close checks
