Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items as needed
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- familiarity with kitchen display systems is a plus
- ability to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- willingness to learn and follow company standards
- team-oriented attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- stock and organize the Expo area
- restock plates and service items throughout the shift
- act as liaison between Heart of House and dining room to maintain guest's desired pace
- effectively communicate with various positions to execute the shift
- maintain knowledge of plating and serving standards
- ensure prompt removal of food from the window
- uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- receive and utilize training in Kitchen Display Systems
- describe menu items and features to guests
- perform French serving as needed
- deshell lobster tails
- mark tables for the next course
- take off-premises orders over the phone
- use packaging guidelines for food pick up
- process tender payments and close checks
