Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with delivering food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring prompt service
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies
- Gain basic knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials to assist with service and answer simple questions
- Greet members and guests with a friendly attitude, providing basic assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience, providing support as needed
- Assist in handling member and guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to servers or management when necessary
- Complete side work, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking work areas to meet club standards
