Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food service certification required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Adherence to uniform policy and wearing prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Food service certification
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complete tasks quickly and accurately
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience in food preparation or service is an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods in accordance with the menu
- Document and verify daily transactions and meal prep activities
- Ensure all components of a meal are properly accounted for and prepared
- Ensure proper and hygienic storage of food to prevent spoilage and contamination
- Serve food to customers in accordance with the designated meal times and operational procedures
- Proper handling and maintenance of cooking tools, with particular care for sharp utensils
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and ready promptly for service
