Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • food service certification required
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift, bend, push, and pull
  • adherence to uniform policy and wearing prescribed PPE when necessary
  • strong attention to detail
  • good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods in accordance with the menu
  • document and verify daily transactions and meal prep activities
  • ensure all components of a meal are properly accounted for and prepared
  • ensure proper and hygienic storage of food to prevent spoilage and contamination
  • serve food to customers in accordance with designated meal times and operational procedures
  • properly handle and maintain cooking equipment including sharp utensils
  • ensure all food and beverages are prepared and ready promptly for service
