Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members
- Friendly and able to smile a lot
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to Guests
- Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely or correctly
- Deliver food to tables and ensure the Guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages
- Assist other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Smile and maintain a friendly demeanor while working various shifts
