Job Requirements
- Ability to work days, nights and or weekends as required
- Capability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand for 100 percent of shift
- Capacity to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to guests
- Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely or correct food delivery
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance by clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and or weekends as required
- Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
