Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- Team player with a guest-focused attitude

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what theyve ordered, just the way they like it
- Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guests dining experience
- Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience
