Job Duties
- deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- verify ticket items match plates before leaving the pass
- communicate with servers about table needs, course timing, and special requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and pass
- assist with garnishing, tray setup, and running side work as needed
- support bussers with clearing and resetting tables during high volume
- communicate any delays, issues, or guest concerns to expo or management
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
