Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Willingness to perform side work and cleaning tasks
Availability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Maintain clean service areas
Coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
Meet special guest requests with high-quality standards
Welcome and greet guests
Perform side work at start and end of shifts
Clear and reset tables
Thank guests and invite them to return
Fill in as needed to support operations
Place dirty dishes and utensils in order in bus carts and maintain cart supplies
