Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to work well in team settings
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and escort them to clean tables promptly
- Bid farewell to guests leaving and invite them to return
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver items to guests
- Maintain a good understanding of the menu
- Clean and reset tables
- Assist fellow team members when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
