Job Requirements
- Food service certification required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods
- Document and verify daily transactions and meal prep activities
- Ensure all meal components are properly accounted for and prepared
- Ensure proper and hygienic food storage
- Serve food to customers according to meal times and procedures
- Handle and maintain cooking equipment carefully
- Ensure timely food and beverage preparation for service
- Garnish dishes to enhance presentation
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Follow uniform policy and wear required PPE
- Coordinate menu preparation with manager
- Ensure food temperature control for safety
- Maintain organized and sanitary work areas
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping and mopping
- Dispose of garbage properly and clean kitchen floors
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned
