Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform moderate physical work
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, up to 30 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly
  • Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting
  • Good organizational and verbal skills
  • Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Willingness to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
  • Ability to listen and respond to customer concerns

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be dependable

  • Ability to follow directions

Job Duties

  • Matches order tickets with prepared food items and sides once completed by the kitchen line staff
  • Checks presentation of plates for neatness and inclusion of all ordered items
  • Monitors food quality and returns sub-standard items to the kitchen
  • Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicates with service staff to inform them of orders that have been delivered or returned
  • Keeps orders in sequence to ease service process
  • Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Provides prompt and efficient customer service
  • Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction
  • replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
  • Keeps tables, dining room and workstations sanitized and organized
  • Listens and responds to customer complaints
  • Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by your manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned
