Job Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Sense of urgency
- Strong desire to do whatever it takes regarding the guests' experience
- Ability to work positively with all associates within the restaurant
- Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge and desire to expand knowledge
- Active listening skills to accommodate the guests' needs and create relationships
- Ability to multitask while taking care of bar guests needs and the server orders while maintaining composure and cleanliness
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Consistently maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene practices
- Complete all assigned side work, opening and closing duties
- Knowledge of Charlie's On Prior menu, sauces and garnishes
- Knowledge of all floor plans and table numbers
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with all associates and managers within the restaurant
- Assist the expo in stocking expo line and keeping a clean workspace
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize when you may need help
