Job Duties

  • Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely and efficient
  • Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
  • Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
  • Serve appropriate entrees tableside including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks
  • Assist the chef team with kitchen maintenance including replenishing cutlery and crockery and cleaning surfaces and floors
