Job Duties
- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely and efficient
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
- Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
- Serve appropriate entrees tableside including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks
- Assist the chef team with kitchen maintenance including replenishing cutlery and crockery and cleaning surfaces and floors
