Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service hospitality or related fields preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service restaurant or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with banquet service bussing or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic culinary knowledge or hotel experience can enhance performance in this role
Job Duties
- Deliver hot and cold food orders from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Assist servers with clearing dishes refilling beverages and resetting tables as needed
- Ensure all food items are correctly plated and labeled before delivery
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas including side stations and dining spaces
- Support the culinary team with basic food handling and preparation tasks when required
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times
- Provide excellent guest service by being attentive courteous and responsive to guest needs
