Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in food running or similar role in fine dining or full-service environment
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
Capacity to stand and be on feet for extended periods
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 6 months of similar experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar full-service environment
Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for the duration of shifts
Excellent communication skills including the ability to work in a team, assist with guests' concerns, and to receive and follow verbal instructions provided in English

Job Duties

Deliver hot food to guests, identifying each item and ensuring the guests order has been fulfilled properly
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
Set tables according to restaurant standards
Serve food orders accurately and in a timely manner
Remove used dishes and utensils efficiently
