Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Deliver fresh and appetizing food to guests in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with management, service staff, and kitchen regarding food and guest-related issues
- Bridge the gap between front of the house and back of the house
- Provide knowledgeable and confident answers to guest questions about the menu
- Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards
- Assist in maintaining a seamless flow of service
- Address and resolve any issues related to food or guest satisfaction promptly
