Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs carrying food items and dishes during shifts
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to push and pull
- Ability to lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Basic English language skills and professional communication abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Understanding of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to tables
- Announce food to guests upon delivery
- Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- Maintain responsibility for assigned station and side duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
