Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service role is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- Maintain the highest quality of food presentation
- Act as the point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Communicate food orders and pay attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards including proper temperature
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- Perform side work and assist with station set-up
