Job Duties

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Pack Brothers Hospitality
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all food orders are presented properly, with correct garnishes, accompaniments, and temperatures
  • Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff regarding order details, modifications, and special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen pass, expo line, and service stations
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns by relaying information to the appropriate server or manager
  • Stock and replenish service areas with silverware, plates, and other necessary supplies
