Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs while carrying food items and dishes
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Possess good hand-eye coordination
- Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Announce food items to guests upon delivery
- Clean, set and reset tables continuously throughout the shift
- Maintain responsibility for a station and assigned tables
- Manage side duties to support team efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
