Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Delivering food orders from kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- ensuring highest quality of food presentation
- acting as point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- communicating food orders and special requests
- ensuring food is served in accordance with safety standards
- answering guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- performing side work and station setup
