Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service preferred
  • understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
  • must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Delivering food orders from kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
  • ensuring highest quality of food presentation
  • acting as point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
  • communicating food orders and special requests
  • ensuring food is served in accordance with safety standards
  • answering guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
  • performing side work and station setup
