Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift 15 lbs for extended periods
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
  • must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • good hand-eye coordination
  • ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • able to push and pull
  • capable of lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

  • transport food orders from kitchen to the correct table and announce the food to guests
  • clean, set and reset tables continuously
  • assume responsibility for station, tables and side duties
  • work efficiently under pressure
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
  • collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • ensure adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
