Job Requirements

ability to take direction and work in a team environment
ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
basic English language and professional communication skills
able to independently lift 15 lbs for extended periods
ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
good hand-eye coordination
ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
able to push and pull
capable of lifting overhead
must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

transport food orders from kitchen to the correct table and announce the food to guests
clean, set and reset tables continuously
assume responsibility for station, tables and side duties
work efficiently under pressure
maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
ensure adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
