Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a food runner, busser, or similar role in an upscale or fine dining restaurant highly preferred
strong attention to detail, speed, and a sense of urgency while maintaining grace under pressure
excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
professional, polished appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality
flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with polished presentation
assist servers in maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
ensure food quality and plating meet fine dining standards before presentation
maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow in service areas
anticipate team and guest needs, stepping in to support as necessary to ensure seamless service
