Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety sanitation and food handling procedures
  • basic english language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
  • able to walk and or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • hand-eye coordination
  • reaching bending twisting stooping
  • pushing and pulling
  • lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

  • transport food orders from kitchen to tables within a timely manner
  • announce food to guests upon delivery
  • clean, set and re-set tables continuously
  • maintain responsibility for station, tables and side duties
  • work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
